JUDI FALLON

Judi has been involved in on-going professional development over many years, including training in gifted education and students with special needs. Judi has extensive teaching experience at different levels in primary schools and has been a school principal for more than 10 years. Judi is looking forward to applying her skills and knowledge in an overseas setting.
 
 
 
 
LOUISE GEORGE

Higher Diploma in Education

Louise hails from Omagh in Northern Ireland. She spent ten years teaching in inner city London and exchanged bleak winters for the warmer climate of Singapore. Louise is entering her ninth year at MASC, where she believes in further enhancing the use of English as a Living Language. She has a strong background in English and Drama, and has a great love for the theatre, cinema, poetry and stimulating conversations. Louise is our Deputy Academic Director at Bishan. She takes great delight in teaching across the range of levels.
 
 
 
 
JULIET SCHOLES
Bachelor of Teaching

Juliet grew up on the East Coast of the North Island of New Zealand. Her Parents are teachers, so they moved around a bit within the Bay of Plenty. She was trained in Hamilton, and taught there for three years before deciding to take a risk and experience more of New Zealand. She moved to Christchurch, in the South Island. She enjoys coaching student sports, particularly hockey and volleyball. Her interests include travel, reading, crosswords and going to the theatre.
 
 
 
 
DEIDRE WILLS

Diploma of Teaching

Deidre has been a primary school teacher for 25 years - mostly in Perth at the same school, but also in country W.A. She has taught many year levels along with some library and support teaching. She enjoys trying to keep fit, cooking and visiting new places. She has a 22 year old son and a 19 year old daughter. She found Singapore a fascinating place after visiting 5 years ago.
 
 
 
 
CHRISSY BLACKBURN-BROWN
Diploma of Teaching (Kindergarten)

Chrissy was born in Mosgiel, a small town near Dunedin in the South Island of New Zealand. She is here in Singapore with her partner Bruce. Chrissy has spent the majority of her teaching career in Oamaru, a small town on the east coast of the South Island NZ., and most recently as Head Teacher at Casa Nova Kindergarten. She has one son, recently graduated with a degree in Dunedin. She gets pleasure from a very active social life. She looks forward to tasting the wide variety of food and becoming familiar with the full shopping experience.
 
 
 
 
RICHARD WILLS
Bachelor of Education
Diploma of Teaching

Richard comes from the Western Australian capital of Perth. He has been involved in Primary Education for many years, working as a teacher in schools and as a consultant for the department. Most recently he has been working as a Specialist Teacher of Physical Education and has been involved in the coaching and management of state and national athletics teams. He comes to Singapore with his wife Deidre, leaving his two adult children to look after the family home. Richard is looking forward to travelling and exploring Asia while teaching in Singapore.
 
 
 
 
BRUCE BLACKBURN
Bachelor of Education (Primary)

Bruce comes from the small town of Ashburton in the South Island of NZ, although recently he has been living in Oamaru with his partner Chrissy. He has been teaching for the past 5 years in various locations and until recently he was Head of Physical Education. He enjoys most sports, is a competitive cyclist, a social hockey player, and a devout All Blacks supporter. He previously lived in Singapore for 5 years with the New Zealand Defence Forces. Bruce has 4 children living in NZ. He is looking forward to exploring the changes in Singapore, teaching at the Morris Allen Study Centres, travelling and eating exotic foods with Chrissy.
 
 
 
 
TIM SCARROTT
Bachelor of Education

Tim grew up in Drysdale and has lived in the suburbs of Melbourne, Australia for the past eleven years. He has been teaching for the past seven years at Lalor Primary School (Vic). Tim has taught children of all ages, including two years as the whole school Physical Education teacher. He is here at Morris Allen Study Centres with his parents Peter and Judy. Tim loves sport, particularly Australian Rules Football. He also enjoys keeping fit. Tim enjoys live music, eating different foods, meeting new people and travelling.
 
 
 
 
CAROLYN HOWELL
Bachelor of Arts (Drama)

Carolyn began her teaching career in Canada before moving to New Zealand. She loves living in Singapore and being a mother. Carolyn joined the Morris Allen Study Centres at Orchard branch as a full time teacher. Her interests include health and nutrition, travelling and drama.
