Judi Fallon (B.Ed)
Academic Director

Judi came to MAE in 2009 with extensive teaching experience at different levels and as a school principal for 10 years. She was involved in a wide range of professional development including Gifted Education and students with special needs. Judi now manages MAE’s curriculum and enjoys applying her knowledge and skills in Singapore. She is a supportive and patient teacher who helps to enhance children’s confidence.
 

   
 Sophie Crolla Sophie Crolla (B.Ed)
Deputy Academic Director

Sophie grew up in Perth, Western Australia Prior to joining MAE in 2009, she had teaching experience in a number of different Perth schools at both primary and secondary levels and also spent a year teaching English in East Timor. Her lessons are interactive and interesting; she always creates an exciting ambience for the young learning minds. Sophie’s high level skills have been recognized as she moves into a leadership position next year.
   

 
 Tricia Mclay Tricia Mclay (Dip.Tchg)

Tricia comes from Australia’s Sunshine Coast, where she had over 25 years teaching experience. She also taught in Southern Africa and the United Kingdom. Tricia is a keen traveler and her international experience helps to make her lessons very interesting and enriching. Having already taught for a year at MAE, Tricia is keen to continue fostering the learning of Singapore students.
  

   
June Hughes June Hughes (B. Ed, Dip.Tchg, TESOL) June has had extensive experience teaching primary school students in Queensland, Australia. More recently she has been working in an early learning centre. During her career she has worked as a Reading Recovery teacher and Learning Support teacher and she recently completed a certificate in teaching English as a second language. This gives her very strong qualifications for assisting Singapore students with their English.
   

   
 Sonda Cohen Sonda Cohen (B.Ed)

Sonda Cohen is a Canadian teacher who comes to Morris Allen with a wealth of teaching experience in all levels of schools from kindergarten to university. After 17 years teaching in Canada and Japan, Sonda has spent the past 3 years in Singapore teaching English to students of all ages and to adults. She is a dynamic and passionate teacher and is looking forward to developing the English skills of Singapore students.  
   

   
Glenyse Pianta  Glenyse Pianta (Dip Tchg, Grad Dip Ed Admin)

Glenyse has had more than 30 years experience teaching students from 5 to 12 years of age in many Melbourne Schools, most recently as an English Coordinator. She retains great energy for teaching, a real passion for literacy and a desire to bring out the best in every student.
   

   
 Amy Hutton Amy Hutton (B.Ed)

Amy came to MAE in 2009 from Brisbane Australia. Her wide range of teaching experience encompassed schools in Australia, Cambridge in England, ESL in Japan and a child care centre. Amy has a caring nature and a very strong commitment to the students in her classes and her lessons at MAE have proven to be enjoyable and enriching, especially to inquisitive minds.
   

   
Danny Nuku Danny Nuku (B.Ed, Dip Bus S, Cert Sports S)

Danny comes MAE from Auckland, New Zealand. After an early career in the military, he has had many years of teaching at Palmerston North intermediate school and more recently at Ponsonby, not only English but as performing arts co-ordinator. He is looking forward to sharing his enthusiasm and skills with Singapore students.
