Tim comes from a small town called Tallangatta in Victoria, Australia. He has been teaching for the past 7 years in a number of different locations including Orbost Secondary College (Vic), Yarrawonga Primary School (Vic), Melrose Primary School (ACT), and Sacred Heart Primary School, Yarrawonga (Vic). Tim has taught children of all ages. He is here at Morris Allen Study Centres with his wife Jo. He enjoys many different sports, most of all, Australian Rules Football. Tim also enjoys eating different foods and experiencing new countries.

Bachelor in Education (Early Childhood)
Jo is from Australia. She comes from Yarrawonga, about 3 hours drive from Melbourne. She has been teaching children for 3 years between the ages of 4 and 12. While studying, she also worked in a Child Care Centre in Yarrawonga, educating children from 0 - 5 years of age. Her hobbies include experiencing new cultures, eating out, shopping and entertaining. Jo is teaching at Morris Allen Study Centres with her husband Tim. She enjoys spending time in Singapore and the nearby areas and exploring her new surroundings.

David comes from St. Louis, Missouri in the United States. He taught for 12.5 years in the Fox G-6 District in suburban St. Louis where He also attended primary and secondary school. Following that, he taught for 5 years in the Dallas, Texas area. Prior to Singapore, he was teaching in St. Louis City Public schools for the last 18 years. His interests include travelling, swimming, American football and theatre.
ANGIE TIDY Bachelor of Arts majoring in Education

Angie is from Paraparaumu Beach on the Kapiti Coast of New Zealand. She has taught children for 12 years, ranging in ages from 5 to 11 years. Her hobbies include art, tennis, skiing, photography, shopping and travelling. She and partner Rocky Terita look forward to life in Singapore.
ROCKY TERITA Bachelor of Education Honours

Rocky Terita originates from the Horowhenua town of Levin. He has lived the past four years on the Kapiti Coast in Paraparaumu. He has taught for sixteen years in full time positions in New Zealand primary schools with children ranging in age from 8 to 13 years. He spent 1987 teaching 6th Grade in the Solomon Islands and is enthusiastic about working overseas again and sampling the lifestyle and cultures in Singapore. Rocky has a wide range of music tastes, plays golf and tennis, and also enjoys movies, live comedy and getting to know new people.
DENISE LONG Bachelor of Arts (English, French, History)

Denise comes from Toowoomba, Queensland, Australia. She has taught 5 to 13 year old children over a period of twenty years in the sometimes chilly farming district of the Darling Downs, Queensland. Her interests include reading, languages and music (especially piano). She is looking forward to putting away her ‘winter woollies’ to enjoy the warm weather, culture and food of Singapore.
LACHLAN WOOD Bachelor of Teaching
Lachland is an Australian teacher with an Education degree and Bachelor of Teaching from La Trobe University. He worked as a short-term contract teacherin Melbourne schools after teaching at Catholic Regional College in 2007. Prior to that, he had experience teaching in a number of London schools. He is a keen sportsman, enjoys travel and music, and is looking forward to working in Singapore.
STEVE WILLIAMS Trained Teacher's Certificate

Steve completed Asian studies at University of New England and a TEFL certificate after gaining his teaching qualifications. Originally from Texas in Queensland, Steve began his teaching career in an outback aboriginalcommunity in NSW and stayed there for 10 years. Taking a break from teaching, he worked as a Tour Leader in Indonesia for 4 years before returning to teachin the outback once againas an Assistant Principal. Steve loves reading and watching Sci Fi and is a pretty good cook. He is looking forward to exploring all the gyms, restaurants and shopping malls in Singapore.
NIGEL SHIELDS Bachelor of Arts (Honours)

Nigel has taught at Morris Allen Study Centres since 2003. Nigel comes from New Zealand. He has a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree as well as a post graduate Diploma of Teaching. He has over 30 years teaching experience. His last teaching appointment in New Zealand was a relief principal in a number of rural schools. He delights in seeing children smile as they achieve understanding. Nigel shares his enjoyment of Singapore with his wife, Shirley.
