Tim Scarrott (B.Ed)
Annex Head
After graduating from University, Tim taught for 7 years in Melbourne, Australia, before joining MAE in 2008. Tim has since successfully taught Singapore children from lower primary to secondary. His positive presentation and delivery skills inspire and motivate students and his outgoing personality makes him very popular with them.

Larnie O’Loughlin (B.Tchg)
Larnie is from Christchurch, New Zealand. After teaching younger children for a number of years in New Brighton Catholic School she came to join MAE in 2009. Larnie is bubbly and creative. She provides a learning experience that helps children expand their language and stimulate the creativity of their young minds.

Krystal Workman (B.Tchg)
Krystal comes from the North Island of New Zealand, where she has had experience teaching students from 5 to 13 years of age. In addition to her regular teaching, she has written and directed drama productions and been heavily involved in technological advancements. Her energy and enthusiasm have a very positive effect on her students and we look forward to her contribution to MAE.

Joy Heath (BHS Grad.Dip.Ed)
Joy has taught kindergarten and all primary levels both in Australian schools and most recently at an international school in Vanuatu. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to MAE and students will respond well to her warm and friendly nature.

Douglas Anderson
Doug comes from Boston in the United States. He has taught students in Taipei, Taiwan and university students in the United States. In keeping with his love of language, he completed an M.A. in Classical Literature and Linguistics. When he is not teaching, he enjoys cooking, cycling and learning new languages. You can see his passion for teaching by the way he encourages the students to speak and think in creative ways.. |

Chrissy Brown (Dip.Kinder.Tchg)
Chrissy comes from Mosgiel, a town near Dunedin in the South Island of New Zealand. She taught for some years in Oamaru, South Island of New Zealand and then as Head Teacher at Casa Nova Kindergarten. Now in her third year with MAE, she is always ready to impart her knowledge and skills to her students in a motivating and enriching environment.
